Anna Kathleen (Sharpe) Bechtel (1924-2001)

"My 1st cousin - once removed"

Anna was the 2nd of three children, and the last surviving child of Hazel Coyan Sharpe. Hazel died in 1929 in Springfield, Ohio, at the age of 31 due to a "brain abcess". Hazel's oldest daughter was Mary Helen Sharpe, who married Max Leroy Grady in Springfield, OH., in 1944. To that union were born 5 children. The youngest child of Hazel Coyan Sharpe, Elmer Jr., die in 1959 at age 33. There are living descendants of him as well.
